Kimberly Lou is an integrative life mentor who coaches top CEOs, entrepreneurs, celebrities, and world-class athletes worldwide. She helps them accelerate and thrive through mental focus, emotional fitness, and physical training. Her approach is perfect for people looking for more than just standard life coaching to excel at the maximum level of their ability. Kimberly Lou’s mission embodies the belief that one can’t keep what they have without giving it away, and she wanted to take her program to those who needed a second chance at life, just like she did. As a result, she created Guiding Hands Healthcare to give back to those who may not otherwise receive the care, compassion, and education they truly deserve.

Kimberly Lou’s own story was one of addiction, eating disorders, and professional and personal burnout. But she changed the story of her life and believes that every person has that same ability to take control of their own story. As a result of her success, Kimberly has appeared on E! Entertainment, MTV, HBO, ESPN, MSNBC, and ShowTime, among many others.  But her greatest joy in life is acting silly with her daughter, Summer.
