Kendall O’Sullivan-Biggs, CADC II

Kendall O’Sullivan-Biggs is a CADC II Counselor with 17 years of dedicated experience in Counselor, Case Management, and Group Facilitation. Renowned for her down-to-earth approach in the recovery field, Kendall brings a dynamic blend of expertise across all phases of treatment to every project she undertakes.

With a steadfast passion for facilitating personal recovery journeys for her clients, Kendall boasts an impressive 19 years of commitment to the field. She excels in meeting clients where they are in their recovery process, employing a tailored approach to deliver exceptional results.

Before assuming the role of lead case manager at Affinity, Kendall gained invaluable experience working within the California prison system, serving the homeless population, and collaborating with Parole and Probation departments. She holds a CADC II License and possesses certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing from CCAPP, University of Cincinnati Correctional Institute, and Motivational Interviewing Westcare California.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kendall finds joy in horseback riding, exploring the open road on motorcycles, and cherishes her involvement as a proud member of a 12-step program.
