As a therapist and facilitator, Guilia values collaboration and sees the client as the expert and herself as a co-traveler on their path to wellness. She is dedicated to helping clients align their lives with their core values and authentic selves, creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. Outside of being a therapist, Guilia enjoys spending time with her cat, traveling, doing yoga, gardening, and being with friends.

“Teachable moments present themselves every day in behavioral health settings. Working with Guiding Hands allows me to encounter these moments and nurture them into opportunities for growth.”
