Natalija Peterson, AMFT

Natalija Peterson is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of San Diego, Masters in School Psychology from Brandman University and Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Global. Natalija has completed numerous hours working in community mental health clinics and focused her experience on supporting individuals experiencing a variety of symptoms. 

She provided services to individuals in mental health rehabilitation centers, adult residential programs, crisis stabilization units and wellness clinics. Natalija was trained in a variety of different therapeutic modalities which allowed her to focus on providing the most effective groups tailored to a unique client base. 

She strongly believes that providing a positive and healing environment should be a priority when offering support to the clients. 

Natalija utilizes a combination of Dialectical behavior therapy, Cognitive behavioral group therapy, Solution focused group therapy, Narrative and Experiential therapy to provide the best possible care for the clients.

In her free time Natalija likes to dance, read, learn languages and enjoy time with her family.
